Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Our prices are displayed in £'s, and you will always be charged in UK Pounds Sterling.

PLEASE NOTE, ALL SKATES ARE SIZED IN BOX SIZES.

Ice Skates will be send out the same as they leave the factory. This usually means that the blades will be unsharpened. We do not sharpen boots before sending for safety reasons. Once a boot is sharpened it can not be returned unless faulty. Blades will need sharpening before use

Shipping And Handling

DELIVERY CHARGES

Orders over £30 for MAINLAND UK addresses are charged at £8-00 (Inc. VAT) and sent by courier.
Orders under £30 are charged at £3-00 (Inc. VAT) and sent by Royal Mail signed for delivery.
Most of our larger parcels are delivered by Couriers - someone must sign for the order or your parcel will be taken back to your local depot. If you are out at the time of delivery, the driver will usually leave a card and call the following day. If you're out again the driver will leave a card asking you to contact them to arrange an alternative delivery time. Parcels can arrive any time up to 6:00pm, but usually arrive before 3pm.
Puck Stop will not be able to refund postage costs unless we have made a mistake on your order.

Due to the store being closed Mondays, no items will leave us until Tuesday. This means any orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until Tuesday at the earliest.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is included in the price shown under the product.

Credit Card Security

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed, via a secure server and provides the Golden padlock symbol, so you can be confident your card details are safe. When you pay Via Actinic Payments (who are a payment service provider - http://www.actinic.co.uk ) they take your payment on our behalf , so we do not have any of your cards details on file, so we are unable to make any further debits from your card if, for instance you wanted to add an item onto your order. You would need to contact us again with your card details or place a separate order. We accept payment by PAYPAL, SWITCH, SOLO, MASTERCARD, VISA, AND VISA ELECTRON and MAESTRO.

Guarantee

Guarantee All clothing / equipment are guaranteed against manufacturers defects for a period of 90 days from date of purchase, subject to normal use for the product and a receipt shown with the date of purchase. The parts which are defected will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Worn items through general use are not covered. Sticks, Shafts, Blades
Due to the nature of the sport, these items are not guaranteed and can last minutes, weeks or months. An unbreakable stick, shaft and blade would not be allowed within the rules of the various sports.

Returns Policy

EXCHANGES
IF AFTER YOU HAVE PURCHASED SKATES, YOU FIND THEY DO NOT FIT, PROVIDED THEY ARE UN-USED WE WILL EXCHANGE THEM FOR AN ALTERNATIVE SIZE, OR REFUND, SHOULD YOU SO WISH (You just have to cover any postage costs incurred).PROVIDED ITEMS ARE RETUNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL (AS NEW) CONDITION ,
POSTAGE COSTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
IF YOU NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE PLEASE POST THE SKATES BACK TO US (1ST CLASS POST IS THE CHEAPEST METHOD, BUT TAKE OUT INSURANCE AGAINST LOSS), ALTERNATIVLY USE SIGNED FOR, OR SPECIAL DELIVERY FOR MAXIMUM SPEED AND SECURITY. PLEASE WRAP THE ORIGINAL BOX UP IN SOME SORT OF PAPER OR PLASTIC OR BOX, AS WE NEED TO RECIEVE THEM BACK IN SALEABLE CONDITION. ANY ICE SKATES THAT HAVE BEEN SHARPENED ARE DEEMED 2nd HAND AND CAN NOT BE RETURNED UNLESS FAULTY

TO SPEED THINGS UP, INCLUDE POSTAL ORDERS FOR £8.00 FOR THE POSTAGE OF THE ALTERNATIVE SIZE BACK TO YOU.
FAILURE TO DO EITHER OF THESE WILL DELAY THE REPLACEMENT TO BE RETURNED TO YOU...

RETURNS FOR REFUNDS
Should you wish to return an item(s) for a refund we will refund the full value of the item.
There will be a return to stock administration charge of £8.00 deducted from the refund. This applies to all orders over £30 inc VAT only. This does NOT apply to items being exchanged for alternative items of the same value or more, as you will just have to pay the postage to send the alternative item.
We endeavour to supply only the highest quality product and believe you will be delighted with your product from puckstop.com However, if you are unhappy with the product in anyway it can be returned to us following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.
If you return the product in its original condition including tags & packaging, we will refund you, (excluding postage charges), or provide you with a same cost alternative if required. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. If you return an item to us which is faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason which is our fault, we will also pay you the cost of the return postage via Royal mail Recorded Delivery. (RM Special Delivery is not included).Please contact us before you send any faulty item back, as sometimes, all we will require is a photo of the problem. We will then advise you what course of action to take. If there is a mistake, please contact us first and we will let you know how you should send the item to us.
You can return your order in its original condition, to the address above, within 45 days of the date on which you receive it. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us.
ANY ICE SKATES THAT HAVE BEEN SHARPENED ARE DEEMED 2nd HAND AND CAN NOT BE RETURNED UNLESS FAULTY
